I am so sick of hearing about these movies. They may be good but after 3 years enough is enough. I know these are great filmmakers and big casts and there is a ton of work involved but Tolken wrote this stuff so many years ago. Lots of movies come from books etc but these folks are receiving an awfu...

WOW chicks really dig shoes. But, if you are going to have someone wear shoes that cost that much you should get someone with better legs. The topical person to wear them this year would have been Sara Jessica Parker but I doubt they could come up with a reason that she should be at the Oscars. How ...

One other thought.....our tastes in life an music mature over time and we welcome in new sounds and artists. Artists are the same and their abilities in song writing and lyric compostion grow and improve so their music is going to enevitably change or they are going to have short careers. The few th...

The first EC LP I bought was This Year's Model so I was pretty schooled in his sound before PTC and GCW arrived. I liked them all. I have never thought it was in a band or artist's best interest to keep the same sound forever. If you want that then be a Boston fan. Artists must get bored with it aft...

ooops
sorry. I think I wrote "in no particular order" but that part is harder than picking only 15. It's not like we are picking the top 15 songs of Devo or something, I mean this man has a huge body of work.

My daughter is 13. She wanted a guitar so I bought her a cheap acoustic just to see if the interest would last. She really stuck with it and was doing okay and asked for an electric. I got her a basic Squire Strat that was inexpensive and still waited to see if her interest would last. She has gotte...

Take the Meyers-Briggs course and you will understand E's and I's much better. We are all hard wired in one way or the other and at different levels. Extroverts can be way out there or just seem a bit more social that others. Introverts can be quite or absolute hermits. What it comes down to is that...

I have an old import cd of Difford and Tillbrook that I need to dig out. I cannot remember the name of it off the top of my head but it had songs on it like, Actions Speak Louder and Picking Up the Pieces.

Now I have to hear it so I will go look.

I live 65 mile due west of D.C. I worked close to D.C. for 13 years because, as you said, that's were the jobs were. I finally got lucky and found something lucrative close to home. As for KOA, I play guitar, among other things, and those songs are very accessable to me and they are the kind I like ...
