I'm going to this one. Very excited already.
I think this will be something like my 26th Elvis gig? A new Liverpool venue too having previously seen him at Empire, Picket and the twice at the Philharmonic.

Lots of stuff I love being mentioned above, e.g. North, Momofuku, River in Reverse. My vote would go to My Flame Burns Blue. Probably a decent gig if you were actually there but a pretty poor live album. By the time My Flame Burns Blue came out we'd already had vastly superior live versions of many ...

Anyone ever been to a gig there?
I usually go whenever Elvis plays Manchester or Liverpool. But not sure about this one because that venue looks as if it has the potential to be really shit.

Brilliant.
Weller's solo stuff doesn't do much for me but I was a huge Style Council fan.

So there's the 9 tracks that are on Disc 2 of the Flowers in the Dirt re-issue + the 3 tracks that are only in the mega-pricy deluxe edition (and the RSD cassette).
Does anyone know if there are any other Costello / McCartney demo recordings that have ever surfaced?

"Why Can't A Man Stand Alone?" leaves me cold. It's the only song I can think of on any EC album that I regularly skip. Funny innit. That'd be in my all time top 20 of EC songs!! Least favourite: never been keen on 20% Amnesia, The Delivery Man, Georgie & Her Rival and I echo others' ...
