Shot you a friend request, mood. Our compatibility is High, apparently. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it, although my iPod sometimes decides to get a little difficult with me.

I'd say that "yes honey" and "whatever you want" are the astroglide of an emotional relationship, but each to his own, I suppose.
Oh, and anyone use last.fm? I decided to give it a try and am liking it, and I'm always open to new friends on these things!

Exciting! My boyfriend's coming down but no one gets in the way of my Elvis radio! He's agreed to it. All he has to say is 0.o at the length. Thanks as always, John!

I'm so excited that I was here for this moment. This is something I can tell my grandkids about. And I got some sleep, too!

I went and voted. No line for my ward. I was surprised, because I expected a line, voting in a city. I have two exams tomorrow but I'll probably be up at all hours anyway.

Not yet, but I'm really excited to do so. It's a historical election, and the first presidential one I get to vote in. So I'm pretty excited to get to do it. Plus, it'll be over, then. This feels like the longest election ever.

Verbal, you always crack me up. But I'm stuck in Philly as well.
Oh, and your location makes me laugh. Arcadia is my boyfriend's college. If you were near that Arcadia we could have a Philly meet up, couldn't we?

Lucinda Williams' new one, Little Honey. I really like it. It's definitely more upbeat than West. It's still fully sinking in.

Argh. What bothers me about that whole "Obama is a Muslim" thing is not that it's wrong, but that it shouldn't matter.

Anyone watch The VP debates? I thought they were really interesting. Palin's "folksy" sayings really grated on me. Doggone it? In a vice-presidential debate? Really? I also thought she danced around the questions way too much.
