They've updated the site at elviscostello.com, finally adding lyrics, songs from 30:10, and downloads. The big change is that there's a members only thing now, and you have to pay $35 a year to be a member! No more free presale privileges.
Kind of irritating, ain't it??

I picked this up after John let us know where it could be acquired, and I enjoyed it quite a lot. Especially the analysis of the music and the playing. That syllable discussion is a great example of something you wouldn't think about unless someone went to the trouble to point it out.

I can't get any of these to play. The computer says they have a .wmv extension that doesn't match the contents of the file, and then Windows player says it doesn't have the right codecs. Gibberish to me. Any suggestions??

Yes. I missed the initial live broadcast because I was there. They re-aired it in 1979 and I got it on tape. (but they cut Blame it on Cain, for some reason.)
