Gang Sorry I won't be there to join in the fun, but when I saw the location of the gallery as being near Vauxhall Bridge Road, it reminded me of a really nice pub in the area. I used to go here when I was working briefly in London a couple of years ago. It's the Jugged Hare at no 172 on the way to V...

Oh my aching sides!

You've (in the last century when we traded cassettes) criticised my handwriting, now my spelling. Are you Mr Battesby of St Margaret's C of E High School for Boys, circa 1966, hiding under a nom de plume?

John, sure you're right. Pity really, since the right rarities, properly marketed and appropriately priced, could have had us all reaching for our wallets and been (quite) successful Incidentally, I'd be interested to know what the break even point is on releases which are already "in the can&q...

Just listened to the Janice Long programme At 1:11:12 she plays I Lost You and goes on to say that Elvis will be "turning out on her show" soon. OMG Elvis marketing his product in the UK? However before my hopes of a chart entry became too elevated, I realised that the Janice Long show ru...

Singing “Red Cotton” on the stage of the Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool – a town were much of most shameful action took place – alongside the Sugarcanes first ever rendition of a hopeful song like “Shipbuilding” is something that I will never forg...

It's also worth pointing out that he may be quite differently adjusted now to how he was in the late 70s when his popular persona was first formed. This early career "attitude" can be entirely attributed to the Cockney devil which was en habiting his vocal chords at the time, particularly...

Wow - hey, American cousins - please say one of you has recorded it, and will put Elvis's Penny Lane on YouTube. I'm begging you!
