Are all those rectangles meant to represent tower blocks in The Big A ? If so it’s much more intelligent than I was in 1980 or indeed now

Re: Elvis when you least expect it

Came back from the undertaker's yesterday into a little cafe with my brother for a full English, both feeling a bit down by the turn of events and Oliver's Army was on the cafe playlist. Seemed like someone wanted to cheer me up by using heavenly influence

Looking at tours and releases , I think it’s safe to assume we aren’t the primary target audience in Elvis’ view of the world of merchandising and promotion anymore- all this and no surprises !

Thousands of us made the trek to the Shades, only marred by Goon Squads absence. Good to see Spirit Of Curiosity and Cocktail Muderess this far south and devastating the lives and pockets of the merchants of London  Looking forward to the opening night of a Visage In The Masses with songs such...

I’m pretty sure Clubland was played at the 1984 The Tube recording as the credits rolled- I’ll check my complete DVD collection - (just starting on 1996 by the way) and see what I’ve got listed !

Great, Sheep, cos he obviously trusts you and acknowledges your inship over football, as demonstrated at the book reading last October.
He might find us a wee bit obsessive though - as witnessed by last year's Davidstow odyssey !

He should have used a picture of a surly Elvis from 78 and a current one with a question mark after the Now ?

Re: LOOK NOW on 8 7" 45's box set coming 2/22

My only copy of Look Now is the 12 track vinyl which I then recorded onto an audio only CD-R and it sounds great on both formats - I have always come back to vinyl as my primary source (except for a certain number of live recordings - gulp) and the reissues on mobile fidelity have been mind-boggling...
