Hey selfmade...I agree...and honestly can't understand why so many out there are so upset. Elvis is a big boy and certainly entitled to promote his music, try new ways to be creative, have fun with it.... and make a bit of cash in the process. And as far as saying he would never "do that"....

Personally, I think Davey is much more talented. (But you are right Copenhagen...more soulful and bluesy)

And the addition of his vocals is amazing.

He's also fun to watch live, sometimes the most animated of the group...

Yes. It was very sweet. Funny...we drove by the "center" the day before to check out the place and actually drove by thinking..."that can't be it!" But it was! And really, it was a great venue for him. Up close and personal. ...no fuss, just music. Sound could have been better, b...

But he came to North Carolina this year! First time ever?

I love him for that. Played in a gymnasium, nonetheless.

Awesome.

Anyway...if everyone liked him...he'd be playing at huge venues...and we would hate that.

So we are very fortunate.

You're so right.

Also, they could have shown some of our ‘ass-shaking’ Jean was really getting into it at one point. Pete couldn’t take his eyes off of her! It’s true. Like my avatar? I’d like to use one of my own photo’s but I can’t seem to make it small enough. Absolutely. The "ass shaking" was marketab...

Nobody here in Western NC knows anything about him. I do, but we're probably the only ones in this part of the state who do... I do! One of the few in my group of friends here in NC that knows who he is. I go to concerts with my girlfriend in California! But I like the fact that EC is not for every...

Thanks Jean!

Jean posts to listserv ( pasted her with her permission) - 1. Best Paddy quote ever. So, having skedaddled over to the front row, left of center just before the "casting" was to take place, I stood fast and tried to look younger and thinner. A (wristbanded) guy stood next to me and indica...

The Voice

You are right about that, Spooky. Notice it's the men that don't think he's sexy... Anyway...the attractiveness... don't you think it all stems from his voice? Such a rich full baritone...packed with emotion. Sometimes smooth and deep.... at times rough and raw...but always captivating. Mesmerizing ...
