Guitar/Equiptment Magazine

Hi! A few months ago or something, I found a topic on here that had a quote from Elvis saying that the tremolo was "the bad guitar players best friend", or something to that affect, and now I can't for the life of me find that topic! If someone could tell me what magazine this was from or ...

Well, I managed to get a copy of it, but the quality unfortuantly is a bit rough, it is missing the interview at the beginning that I've heard about and it skips here and there. I am now wondering if anyone has a good transfer of it on DVD, as I'd really like to see this in as good quality as the ot...

MPC http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/ is great for DVDs, just do a File>Open File then double click on the Video_TS folder, don't select a file, and click open, and the DVD will play as it will actually open the folder as if it were a DVD 8)

Hopefully I should be able to get it from someone, and if it comes through I shall endeavour to put it on DIME, which as soon as I can, I shall also put some of the DVDs I have there too, to try and encourage some EC DVD trading.

I actually just recently got back into capturing, so I've got plenty of spaceon the HD for transfering since I prefer to capture uncompressed as to preserve quality, since it's only really 1 levels of compression after capture this way. Let me know when you've found the tape! Also, if anyone would l...

Rockaplast 83 on DVD?

I was wondering if anyone could trade a Rockaplast 83 on DVD with me, since I have the late-seventies one and really would really like to see it's sequel. I have quite a selection of (not particularly rare) EC DVDs for trade, including the Making of Almost Blue.

Thanks!

Elvis Gotta Brand New Hairline

Anyone notice in recent pictures it seems that his hair has receeded by 10% in the last three months? When I went to see him in London and Birmingham this year, I swear he had more hair than he seems to be sportin' now, by god.

Lyric Meanings

I've been wondering for a while what the lyrics to Any King's Shilling mean. Most of Spike seems much more story-oriented rather than the usual, simmilar to The Delivery Man's use of characters. I'm assuming it's along the same lines as Last Boat Leaving, someone in the forces who's reluctantly leav...

I think Spike is quite Christmassy, what with the all the ship's bells he plays. :o
