Is it me or is the vinyl a poor pressing? It sounds like the maxed out CD master pressed straight to vinyl without being mastered specifically. Great record, WSS. Oddly overlooked as it came out a little bit before the British retro boom sparked by Winehouse. Some fantastic tunes on it.
