Has anyone received anything they ordered from 101cd.com? They're still saying the CD is on order with their suppliers. They have a bit of a reputation for this sort of thing and it seems to be happening here too.

the experiment being that I buy what I want on download instead. But where's the fun in that? You spend loads of money on poor quality versions of songs which you could potentially lose if your computer dies. Any discs you burn maintain the quality of the source download and you don't get anything ...

A Girl Called Eddy's album was one of the finest of 2004. A really beautiful work from start to finish. When Paul Heaton was on a show with Mark Lamarr discussing his favourite music, she came up and they decided she had similar traits to Costello in her songwriting.

Never really listened to these guys before, but happenned upon this cd at my local Towers, and put on the headphones. Listened to the first half and was overwhelmed by a wall of sound which sounded like Spector going punk. This is truly a rowdy rhythm record. I couldn't tell what the heck they were...

In general or in a particular instance? I haven't noticed that yet if in general, which would be odd. This book also demonstrates the worst grasp of the apostrophe I've seen in some time.
