sounded OK as mentioned above we really need the face in the crowd LP. Some great songs on there. The play may never happen. The way Elvis has been playing the 'new songs' perhaps the new album will be close

Re: London Meet Up - Saturday 21st October

One of the best meet ups we have had. I thought The White Swan was perfect for us but The Princess of Prussia surpassed it. Staff were great and were very happy to host us again. Or at least that's what they said whilst we were there :D Thanks VG for organising another great event. Hope Elvis knows ...

Re: Elvis & Steve, Dublin (Eire), September 7, 2023

I’m heading off to Holyhead later to cross the Irish Sea with the Fishfinger Queen for this. Good decision in view of lack of UK dates. Who’s going? I'm flying from Newquay airport - goggles and leather flying hat optional. I'm hoping for something more pragmatic than a biplane with a pilot with a ...

I thought it was the best Elvis gig I have been to in ages. Yes the voice took a couple of songs to warm up but after that it was fine.

A great turn out from the UK and Ireland lovely to see friendly faces on what was a trying trip for a few of us.

9/10 for me

Really good interview and what is more impressive is the list of songs Elvis performed at the Gramercy that runs as a sidebar over the pages of the interview, Well worth seeking out It's taken me a while to get to this (eventually did via my library app Borrowbox) and I concur! The main three artists I go to see Elvis, Weller and Morrissey play what they want. Three of my top ten live acts/shows....Weller and Morrissey about 17 times each. I sure wish PAUL gets to the USA this year. Been nearly 5 years since I last saw him. :( :( He's on the top of his game at the moment....
